How it Works

Planning a private dining experience should feel straightforward, collaborative, and stress-free from start to finish. Every event at KO Crafted Kitchen is approached with clear communication and attention to detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy the occasion with your guests.

The Process

1. Submit an Inquiry

Fill out our inquiry form to share your event details, including date, guest count, location, occasion, and any dietary preferences or restrictions.

2. Consultation

Chef Kevin will connect with you to discuss your gathering, preferred dining style, and the overall experience you’d like to create.

3. Custom Menu Planning

You’ll receive curated menu concepts tailored to your event, along with a personalized quote. From there, selections and details can be refined together until everything feels aligned.

4. Confirm Your Booking

A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on-site on the day of the event.

5. Event Day

Chef Kevin arrives early to cook on-site. Depending on your event, service may include plated courses, family-style dining, or buffet-style presentation.

After service, the kitchen is fully cleaned so you can relax and savor the evening without worrying about cleanup.
